Stephanie joined McCarthy Duffy LLP as an Associate in May 2018. Stephanie assists clients with a variety of transactions, including initial entity formation and organization, financing, and sales/acquisitions of stock and other equity interests. Stephanie’s practice also includes assisting with intellectual property interests and corporate compliance.
Before joining McCarthy Duffy, Stephanie attended Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While in law school, Stephanie received a Certificate in International Law, was a member of the Dean’s List and was a Senior Editor for the International Law Review. Stephanie’s experience prior to law school includes working for the operational arm of a private equity firm and the American Cancer Society.
