Demetre Lambropoulos is a skilled attorney who is very responsive, organized, detail-oriented and diligent. He’s known for his ability to combine excellent analytical, organizational, and writing skills to draft and negotiate various transaction documents and manage various commercial transactions in areas of real estate, secured lending, and general business.

Demetre’s real estate practice includes managing all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including contract drafting and negotiation, survey and title review, loan document review and negotiation, and closing document drafting and review. While representing landlords, including national private equity fund real estate managers, and tenants, Demetre has accumulated a breadth of experience drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and amending commercial leases and preparing tenant estoppels.

Demetre has substantial experience representing various financial institutions in connection with multi-million dollar revolving, term and construction loan facilities, many of which are secured by real property. Demetre regularly manages all aspects of sophisticated commercial loan transactions, from drafting to closings, while working seamlessly with client’s relationship managers and loan coordinators to facilitate closings and the execution, assembly, and delivery of all closing documents.

Demetre also has extensive general commercial and corporate law experience, including business asset and stock acquisitions and sales, business reorganizations, borrower representation in financing transactions, and business formation. Demetre is experienced in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, by-laws, redemption agreements, stock and membership interest purchase and sale agreements, and non-compete agreements.
