The firm's longevity owes in part to a strong tendency of lawyers to remain with McCarthy Duffy LLP for their entire careers. Firm partner John M. Duffy has been with the firm for more than 40 years. Stephen A. Snakard has more than 35 years of service to the firm. Thomas J. Montgomery, Richard J. Witry and Forest J. Miles have each been members for more than 30 years.
