Litigation experience in the following areas: Banking, Class Actions, Corporate, Construction, Employment, Estate and Probate, Insurance, Municipal, Personal Injury, Professional Malpractice, Real Estate, Secured Transactions and Uniform Commercial Code.

Counseled clients in a broad range of business and personal matters. Represented banking institutions, municipalities, government agencies, substantial manufacturing and retail concerns, real estate owners, contractors and developers and numerous individuals and various business and corporate clients.

Represented clients in general civil and sophisticated and complex litigation. Litigated over 300 cases in both State and Federal Courts, many to judgment or jury verdicts. Prosecuted and/or argued approximately two dozen appeals in the Illinois Appellate Court and Federal Court of Appeals.
