Real Estate - Represented purchasers of multi-million dollar properties, beginning with drafting the agreements for purchase and sale and concluding with the closings. Also have experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases while representing both landlords and tenants.
Banking - Substantial portion of practice includes drafting and negotiating loan documents for multi-million dollar revolving, term and construction loan facilities in role as outside counsel to various commercial banks.
Corporate - Multi-industry experience in business formation and drafting shareholders' agreements, partnership agreements, members' agreements, by-laws and operating agreements.
