Ms. Mense has been an integral part of McCarthy Duffy’s litigation department since she started here as a law clerk in November of 2008. As the only current litigation associate, Ms. Mense handles a broad range of matters, ranging from breaches of contract and fraud complaints to foreclosures and class actions suits. Her primary practice areas include commercial and banking litigation.
- Areas of Practice:
- Commercial Litigation – Represent large corporations, local businesses and individuals in contractual matters as well as commercial and business tort matters, such as fraud, interference with contract, and deceptive business practices.
- Banking Litigation – Pursue foreclosure and collection actions on behalf of national and local banking associations, and represent creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
